Struttura elegante e confortevole. Direttore eccezionale. Cibo ottimo. Spa e massaggiatrice ottimi. Camere pulite. Spazi esterni curati e confortevoli.

Ottima esperienza, bella location, camere confortevoli e pulite. Sala vicino il ricevimento molto accogliente con la possibilità di giocare a biliardo o un gioco di ruolo. Una menzione particolare a Valentina la massaggiatrice molto disponibile all'ascolto ?? ci tornerò

La suite era bella grande con un letto comodo(qualche ragnatela al soffitto di legno ma pazienza). ok la piscina. Cosa non è piaciuto · Controllo della piscina (ognuno faceva quello che voleva, schiamazzi, tuffi e fumatori ) fare un angolo fumatori. la TV non Funzionava completamente, wi-fi quasi inesistente. Consiglierei allo staff della ricezione di adeguarsi alla Signa Concita (c'è qualche ragazza scontrosa) eviterei di fare salotto davanti alla reception (ragazzo seduto davanti alla reception a chiacchierare con le altre) Prezzo della colazione spropositato15 euro a persona. (forse è una strategia in virtù del fatto che il primo centro abitato dista 6 km). Nessuna attività per i soggiornanti. consiglierei di rivedere i prezzi , fare in modo che i soggiornanti vivano la struttura e non scappare per andare a fare colazione a pranzare/cenere, prezzi alti per una qualità discreta.

Struttura molto bella immersa nel verde a 20 km da Ortigia e dalle spiaggie di Arenella e spiaggie bianche . Posto ideale per chi vuole tranquillità e relax sotto ogni aspetto. Molto curato nei giardini della piscina peccato non ha funzionato la TV tutto il resto ok , niente da dire ... Consigliatissimo...consiglierei alla Hall di non dire alle 15:00 si fa il check-in cm se dovresti andare via per poi ritornare, bensì di usufruire della struttura fino a quando la camera non è pronta ....questo per dimostrare che colui che arriva vuole sentirsi cm a casa sua .... Del resto una signora addetta alle pulizie è stata di una gentilezza e di una disponibilità fuori dal normale non ricordo il nome ,ma so che era di Milano....bravaaaa....

Et helt nydelig sted, hadde v?rt fint med litt mer info ved innsjekk, litt mangler her og der, treningsrom som manglet ledninger til utstyret s? ingen av de kunne brukes, ingen omvisning eller forklaring ved innsjekk om hvor ting var. Dette er et gammelt kloster, hadde v?rt fint med litt info og historie om det. Men nydelige rom, kjempefint basseng omr?det, nydelig mat og service i restauranten. Golfbane ikke i drift, men vi golfer ikke, subjekt greit det:)
Men absolutt verdt et bes?k, vakkert sted??

Upon checking in we received a card for a complimentary drink at the bar picturing a glass of champagne. When trying to use it we found out that its only good for a glass of juice. Our room had thousands of tiny ants crawling up the wall and when I called to have it looked into no one ever showed up. You could not sit outside of the room because again thousands of ants. The rooms air conditioning did not work most of the trip and apparently the front desk can control the temperature no matter what temperature you set. Unfortunately there were no windows to open to try to get a little breeze. The front desk representative, Michael, was very rude the entire visit. The dinner selection at the restaurant is very limited and unfortunately you are at their mercy if you don't have a car to get around. The breakfast selection was very nice and the staff at the breakfast buffet were very nice. My husband and his friends played a round of golf but they all were disappointed with the condition of the golf course. The resort is pretty but I would find someplace else to stay.

I wrote a review when I was at Falls Inn in January and I totally neglected to mention how fantastic the food was in the dining room. The Crab Vol-au-vent was simply delicious and as was the Crab Melt. The "deconstructed" lasagna roll was also very unique and quite tasty too. Lots of choices for breakfast, from Eggs Benny to Pancakes and also Continental Breakfast. With each and every breakfast served with an absolutely amazing homemade scone and homemade jam. You will definitely not go hungry here and the Inn is totally accommodating and welcoming to snowmobilers. The trails are right in front of the Inn with a huge parking lot for trailers, so absolutely great for those just wanting a snowmobile weekend/days get-away!

Great rooms. Updated and modern. Staff was terrific . It’s little out of the way from town . Dark roads. The breakfast was great. Would definitely come back .

Wonderful room, remote location.
Beautiful hotel rooms. The staff was wonderful. Hard to find in the back roads. Only complaint would be the towel situation. They wanted to charge us 5eur to exchange from a pool towel to a dry one . You only get 1 same towel per person for 2 days . Very strange .
